The material is available to access as soon as the course goes live and then for I think it's 2 weeks after the end (so for a 3 week course it's available for 5). Sometimes, if there's an end of week review it doesn't go up until near the end of the particular week, but otherwise you can progress as quickly or as slowly as you like.
