Title: The Conductor of Light
Author: mightymads
Beta: Recently Folded
Verse: ACD
Characters/Pairings: Sherlock Holmes/John Watson
Rating: T
Warnings: references to mental health issues
Summary: Holmes’s client is murdered by the adversaries, and Holmes blames himself for it. Watson comforts Holmes after the case of the Five Orange Pips.
For a prompt: (established romantic relationship) Either Watson comforting Holmes after a night filled with night terrors, coming down from a bout of paranoia caused by drugs or simply having a bad sleep because of injury recovery (but please no ODing or graphic depictions of bodily waste). It can be that very immediate moment or the day after, with Watson taking care of a weakened and sleepy Holmes (so this kind of fits in the domestic fluff, but heavy in the comfort aspect).
